Welcome
OCO has been in business since 1979. We currently manage several large maintenance and service contracts for Local Authority and Public Sector Clients including London Boroughs of Croydon, Lewisham, Westminster, Southwark and Islington, along side housing associations London & Quadrant and Family Housing, to name but a few.
In recent years we have been awarded the opportunity to work along side new and existing clients in a partnering capacity, our aim is to ensure that OCO remains in the forefront of today's ever changing contractual environment. We also work extensively on government driven decent homes schemes and have successfully undertaken many refurbishment, installation and upgrade work packages for various clients in recent years.
