OCO has been in business since 1979. We currently manage several large maintenance and service contracts for Local Authority and Public Sector Clients including London Boroughs of Croydon, Lewisham, Westminster, Southwark and Islington, along side housing associations London & Quadrant and Family Housing, to name but a few. In recent years we have been awarded the opportunity to work along side new and existing clients in a partnering capacity, our aim is to ensure that OCO remains in the forefront of today's ever changing contractual environment. We also work extensively on government driven decent homes schemes and have successfully undertaken many refurbishment, installation and upgrade work packages for various clients in recent years.
We provide a complete mechanical service, tailored to our client's requirements at competitive rates, while still maintaining a high standard. We specialise in maintenance, repair, servicing and installation of heating, mechanical and electrical building services, both in the private and commercial sector .
Never one to sit on our impressive reputation built up in over 2 decades we have, during that time, expanded our business in supporting two new divisions, electrical and water hygiene treatment.
We pride ourselves on employing the most experienced and qualified engineers, electricians, technicians, operatives and administration staff in the industry, with a strong emphasis on staff training, ensuring we offer our clients an exceptionally efficient and professional service. OCO an approved GAS SAFE company, certified and approved British Gas Installers and are active members of the HVCA and NICEIC. All OCO staff are fully qualified and continue with all relevant ongoing training.
With many years experience of managing contracts of this type and nature we have always maintained and developed working procedures and practices to ensure continuous performance of the services in accordance with the contract documents and the client's specific requirements. OCO pride them self on its conscientious staff base which is reflected by a very low percentage turnover. This long term knowledge and experience has enabled a consistent high level of service. In our experience the key element to ensure a continuous quality service delivery is flexibility and the ability to meet peak demands from clients at all times.
OCO primarily operate within the M25, and have in excess of 200 staff covering this area which gives us flexibility of resources. Supervisors are experienced in more than one area of any contract and supervision can be seconded if necessary. For times of high work density we have a nucleus of engineers willing to work outside of normal hours, and the company in general is extremely flexible in arranging appointments to suit the customer in high or low work peaks. Finally, and in extreme cases each supervisor has a copy of our approved list and we have several approved companies and individuals in each discipline that can be commissioned to carry out works.
