Prolong your equipment’s life cycle
If not dealt with correctly scale can seriously damage equipment and impair the efficiency and operation of heating and hot water systems. To prevent this, equipment should be removed and descaled/ cleaned regularly with an appropriate chemical mix to ensure they continue to perform at peak efficiency and to prolong its life cycle.
Cleaning scaled equipment
At our facility, scaled equipment will be lowered under controlled conditions into our industrial descaling tank where the chemicals will break down and remove the deposits from the system. The specialist tank has a hinged lid with a rear exhaust plenum and air intake vents at the beginning to ensure safe ventilation when the lid is closed.
Finalise the deep clean
Once the chemical has cleaned the surface of the tubes and plates, our qualified engineers will flush the parts thoroughly with water to finalise the deep clean and remove any residual chemicals from the equipment.
Service Options
We can provide several bespoke full descale and cleanse service options in respect to these works, from attending site to remove component, safely carriage to our unit, carry out descale works and return to refit, through to carrying out dipping and cleaning of components upon delivery to our unit.
